Most of our owners are here for the season — roughly November through April — and the months they are away are exactly when the house needs the most attention. One trusted team watches it, maintains it, and handles what comes up: documented procedures, a curated network of Sarasota's most respected trades, and a single monthly invoice.
The point is not that nothing happens. It is that none of it reaches you. You were not called. There was nothing to arrange from a thousand miles away. Scheduled interior and exterior inspections — security and access checks, systems and envelope, water intrusion and humidity — every visit documented with photographs and timestamps.

Hurricane preparation and post-event inspection, plus the seasonal open and close — shutters, systems, water, and the hundred small settings that make a house ready or safe to leave.
Routine Maintenance
The scheduled work every home needs, on a plan built from an assessment of the actual house — filters and HVAC service, water systems, pool and spa, landscape and irrigation oversight.
Non-Routine Maintenance
The things that break, managed end to end — vetted licensed trades, repairs scoped, scheduled and quality-verified, and everything captured on your one monthly invoice.
Personal Services
Mail and package management, vehicle starts and battery maintenance, vendor and delivery access, and the errands that keep a closed house functioning — plus a curated roster of vetted providers when you want more.
Improvements
Capital projects planned, designed, supervised, and inspected by OCG — so the work is scoped properly, built once, and verified before anyone calls it finished.
