Two semi-custom models, Gather and Escape, each personalized through layout options and two finish levels, and one fully custom estate, Celebrate. The two semi-custom residences run approximately 3,900–4,350 square feet; Celebrate is designed to whatever size the commission calls for. Sarasota, Florida
Designed for life in Sarasota
The OCG Residences are designed for homesites in Sarasota and the Gulf Coast communities around it. It’s a coastline of white-sand beaches, bays and old live oaks, with some of Florida’s best established golf-and-country-club neighborhoods from downtown Sarasota south to Venice.
Sarasota has the arts, Gulf sunsets, good restaurants and an outdoor life that runs all year. We plan the houses around that: entertaining indoors and out, guests in season, and architecture that fits the oak-canopied neighborhoods we design for.
Most of our homesites sit inside established golf-and-country-club communities, where the winter social calendar is already full: golf, tennis and pickleball, fitness, dining, and neighbors who become friends. You don’t have to build a social life from scratch.
OCG also designs renovations of existing homes in the area. The work is built by licensed builder partners, and our partner Haven Free can look after the house afterward if you’d like.
